Cari has worked with the Portland Winter Light Festival since 2018 and is currently the Deputy Director. PDXWLF is a free festival that builds community by bringing art and technology to inclusive audiences while invigorating Portland in the winter. She consults on development and created efficient and streamlined systems and processes for contract management, event hospitality, festival operations and merchandising. She also produced Glow Bar, a pop-up experience and important revenue stream for the festival, and managed food and beverage sponsors. Glow Bar attendance increased 400% from 2019. In previous years, Cari produced Full Spectrum, the organization’s annual fundraising gala.
